The Program
Our summer associate program is designed to reflect what practice at Andrew & Hopkins is actually like. Summer associates receive substantive assignments across multiple practice groups, work directly with partners and senior counsel, and participate in case strategy discussions on live matters.
We assign formal mentors at both partner and associate levels, host weekly substantive lunches with practice group leaders, and provide candid feedback on every assignment. Summer associates are evaluated on the same criteria we apply to first-year associates — legal analysis, writing quality, judgment, and professional engagement.
Application
