Recruiting Timeline

The firm conducts second-year recruiting in coordination with NALP guidelines and the on-campus interview programs at leading law schools. Most summer associate offers are extended in late summer for the following year.

What We Evaluate


Strong academic record, substantive writing, demonstrated intellectual seriousness, and the kind of judgment that emerges in conversation about hard problems. We are particularly interested in candidates with genuine intellectual interest in the substantive areas where the firm practices.

Pipeline Programs


The firm participates in pipeline programs that support law students from backgrounds underrepresented in the legal profession. These include 1L diversity programs, partnered law school programs, and partnerships with professional associations.
