Lobbying services provided by the firm are not the practice of law, and communications made in connection with lobbying activity are generally not protected by the attorney–client privilege.
Foreign Agents Registration Act
Where the firm represents foreign principals in activities triggering the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), the firm files registrations as required by 22 U.S.C. § 611 et seq. and complies with applicable reporting and labeling obligations.
Jurisdiction Specific Notices
Andrew & Hopkins lawyers are admitted to practice only in the jurisdictions identified in their individual biographies. Lawyers who are not admitted in a particular jurisdiction do not practice law in that jurisdiction. Multi-jurisdictional engagements are coordinated with locally admitted counsel where required.
