Federal Lobbying Disclosure Act

The firm and its registered lobbyists file required registrations (Form LD-1) and quarterly activity reports (Form LD-2) under the Lobbying Disclosure Act, 2 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. Semi-annual contribution reports (Form LD-203) are filed by individual lobbyists as required.

Public LDA filings are available through the Office of the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Senate.

State Lobbying Disclosure


State lobbying disclosure obligations are jurisdiction-specific. The firm maintains state lobbying registrations in jurisdictions where firm representation crosses applicable activity, compensation, or expenditure thresholds. In other jurisdictions, the firm coordinates with locally registered counsel.

Foreign Agents Registration Act


Where the firm represents foreign principals in activities triggering FARA, the firm files registrations under 22 U.S.C. § 611 et seq. and complies with applicable reporting and labeling obligations. Public FARA filings are available through the FARA Registration Unit of the U.S. Department of Justice.
